Dariusz Piekarski

President of the Management Board

Effective manager, with many years of experience in overall managing of organisation. Remarkably effective in creation and realization of strategical and operational policy of the company. He’s a graduate of both Czestochowa University of Technology and Wielkopolska Business School. He also graduated Internet Marketing Faculty at School of Economics. In 2010 Dariusz Piekarski completed a course on the responsibility of company management board members, and in 2011 — a course for candidates for supervisory boards, organized in the Institute of Business Development. In SARE S.A., he is responsible for strategical and operational managing of the company. He loves diving and hiking, he has conquered the peaks in Caucasus Mountains, Alps and many others.

Przemysław Marcol

Member of the Management Board

A graduate of legal studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice with experience in the area of commercial companies and partnerships. In 2008 he started to work as a lawyer in SARE sp. z o.o., after he had gained his first experience in the same position in OS3 sp. z o.o. Since 2009 he has been providing legal services for tuPolska sp. z o.o. After completing the court bailiff traineeship, he passed the bailiff exam in 2013. In 2011-2012 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Hostersi Group S.A. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board in SARE S.A. from 2010 to 2016, holding the position of the Chairman in 2013/2014. At the turn of 2015 and 2016 he completed a course for candidates for supervisory boards. He is a person able to objectively assess the efficiency of operations undertaken by the companies in the Group and provide advice on the selection of reliable development paths. He has been a CEO in the Management Board of Fundacja Rozwoju i Ochrony Komunikacji Elektronicznej (En. Foundation for the Electronic Communication Development and Protection) since 2013. He is also responsible for legal aspects of the company’s operations in SARE S.A.

Krzysztof Zawadzki

Krzysztof Zawadzki is a graduate of University of Economics in Cracow and in Katowice, Warsaw School of Economics and EY Academy of Business and also of Polish-Austrian Study Center of Controlling. In 2007–2016 he worked in Tauron Polska Energia S.A., where he has been a Member of the Board and CFO for 7 years (2009-2016). After that, Krzysztof Zawadzki took part in Restructuring Project in Kopex S.A.(2016) where his responsibilities were direct supervision and responsibility for managing finance, accounting and taxes, controlling, ownership supervision and restructuring. He got an award in the Large Companies category in the “CFO of the year 2011” competition for implementing innovative solutions in a large organization to enhance efficiency and safety, improving the management of financial resources and raising funding and acquiring Vatenfall assets in Poland (Górnośląski Zakład Energetyczny S.A.).

Dorota Szlachetko-Reiter

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She has completed Postgraduate Studies on European Law at the Jagiellonian University, as well as Postgraduate Business and Management Studies at the Jagiellonian University. A licensed legal counsel. She is a general partner (in a limited partnership) and a managing partner in Łatała i Wspólnicy sp.k. Law Office. She has been working in the area of business law for the last 20 years, specializing in capital market law, M&A transactions, PE/VC, company law, investment contracts, and due diligence processes. She holds a title of an expert in the area of capital markets awarded by Global Law Experts, which is an international organization.

Ewa Bałdyga

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of Management and Marketing, as well of Finance and Banking at Warsaw School of Economics. She worked as a journalist at PARKIET Stock Exchange Gazette in 1999-2005. She has served as a Vice-president of the Management Board of Martis CONSULTING since 2005, introducing Martis CONSULTING as the only agency in Central and Eastern Europe to the international network of independent PR – IPREX companies. Ewa Bałdyga has been shortlisted among the 10 finalists in the first edition of the competition organized by Radio PiN and BRE Bank: The Businesswoman of 2008. Except for her professional activity, she has also been involved in educational actions for small and medium companies. Her efforts resulted in opening the first postgraduate studies of investor relations and finance communication at Warsaw School of Economics.

Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics. He started his professional career in Deutsche Morgan Greenfell, where he worked as an assistant analyst in 2002. In 2002–2007 he worked as a share market analyst for Central and Eastern Europe in DB Securities S.A. In 2008–2010 he worked for TP S.A. Group, first as an advisor for the Strategy President of the Management Board, and then for the Strategy and Business Development President and the President of Key Projects Department. In 2010–2011 he worked in the position of a Vice-president of the Credit Suisse Investment Bank management board and was responsible for the media sector and metals in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2012–1014 Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk held a position of a Supervisory Board member in KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. He has been an owner of Kaczmarczyk sp.j. since 2014.

Wojciech Mróz

Member of the Supervisory Board

Licensed Investment Counsel, awarded a title of Chartered Financial Analyst. He has been actively working in the area of capital and investment Private Equity/Venture Capital market for nearly 10 years. As a Management Board and Supervisory Board Member he has supported numerous companies in preparing their development and capital acquisition strategy. Wojciech Mróz is a managing partner in Alpha Capital Group. He is also a business angel and a shareholder of companies executing the projects of,,, He also works as an instructor conducting classes at postgraduate studies on Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.

Tomasz Pruszczyński

Member of the Supervisory Board

One of SARE SA’s founders, co-creator of the company’s strategy and active supporter of its operations. A graduate of The School of Communicating and Social Media, he also studied construction engineering, photography, and sociology. He served in the military. In his career Tomasz Pruszczyński was involved in the creation of such companies as OS3, Digital Avenue, Hostersi, tuPolska or Red Sky. He has been a cofounder and vice-president of Związek Przedsiębiorców i Pracodawców (The Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers). His passions include long-distance travels, scuba-diving, and sailing.

Krzysztof Wiśniewski

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Marketing and Management and MBA studies conducted by the University of Rotterdam / GFKM / University of Gdansk. He has 20 years experience in the business on senior management positions, gained in the management structures of multinational corporations. As an independent advisor he was engaged in restructuring companies and in consulting and audits of operational and sales departments. In WSI Capital mr Wiśniewski is responsible for strategic management and technical support of portfolio companies and exit. He is extremely focused on the process approach, ensuring proper growth and development of the organization using the full resources in order to achieve better results.
